Notice & Guidelines

◆ Food, mats, and other personal items are strictly prohibited inside the theater. (*Only essential items such as costumes and dance shoes for participants are allowed.)

​

◆ Please arrive according to the announced start time for each genre. (*Check the Tanzolymp Asia website in advance for your registration and competition times.)

​

◆ The audience seating area will be fully open.

​

◆ No makeup is allowed inside the competition venue. (*Please arrive with your makeup already done.)

​

◆ All movement inside the venue must be under the guidance of staff members.

​

◆ There will be no designated practice space. Participants will be guided to the waiting room based on the schedule before proceeding to the stage.

​

◆ On the day of the competition, please bring a backup MP3 file on a USB flash drive. Only one audio file should be saved on the USB.
(*The first 2–4 seconds of the file must be silent. Please label the USB with the participant’s name and the title of the performance.)

​

◆ All participants must arrive at the designated location by the specified time on the day of the competition.

​

◆ Parking discount tickets can be collected at the reception desk. (*Available to participants only, one ticket per person.)

​

◆ Tickets for the Tanzolymp Asia Gala Performance on the 24th are available via NOL Ticket or the National Theater of Korea. On-site purchase is also available.

​

◆The Tanz Olymp Asia Awards Ceremony will take place at the National Theater Daloreum from 2 PM on the 24th (Sunday). Admission is possible without a separate ticket purchase.
